Enhanced Compensation Plan Effective August 1st, 2024

Our founder’s vision to make holistic wellbeing accessible to everyone resonated with you. You don’t just participate but also partner in this vision, striving for our collective success.

In the course of the past 5 years, we’ve grown and evolved according to the needs of the ever-changing market. As a result, starting August 1st, 2024, we’re rolling out an updated Compensation Plan that’s designed to increase your earning opportunities, reward team building efforts and support your growth alongside our evolving product ecosystem in Healy World.

Key Highlights:

1. Goodbye, RDP. Hello, PSV!

We’re replacing the 3-Month Rolling Device Point (RDP) with a more dynamic monthly Personal Sales Volume (PSV). To qualify for the monthly bonus payout, all IHWM from Team Manager to Executive President need to maintain a monthly PSV based on the Paid-as title.

2. Mentoring and Coaching Bonus

  • 10% on Level 1 and 5% on Level 2 of your Enrollment Genealogy.
  • Available to Phase 2 and Phase 3 titles.

3. Leadership Check Match Bonus

Introducing more balanced percentages tailored to your Paid-as title, ensuring that every title is getting a suitable bonus out of the corresponding leadership role.

4. Super Leadership Check Match Bonus

To streamline our plan, this bonus is no longer part of the Compensation Plan. 

5. Leader Pool Bonus 

To streamline our plan, this bonus is no longer part of the Compensation Plan.

6. New Direct Bonus Earning Percentages

  • 15% (1- 1,999 DPV) 
  • 30% (2,000 – 3,499 DPV) 
  • 40% (3,500+ DPV)

7. NewGenQ Requirement

We will activate our existing NewGenQ requirement on our Career path for VP titles and above starting 1st of January 2025.

Important Dates to Remember

  • June 1st,2024 – Official announcement and updated Compensation Plan will be available in the Backoffice.
  • August 1st, 2024 – New compensation plan takes effect.
  • August 1st – September 30th, 2024 – Transition period with a grandfather clause for existing RDPs. ** not applicable to Mexico, India and Colombia
  • October 1st, 2024 – Full implement-ation of the new PSV system. ** not applicable to Mexico, India and Colombia

Grandfather Clause

** not applicable to Mexico, India and Colombia

To ensure a smooth transition, IHWM with valid RDPs accrued in June or July 2024 will be considered active and eligible for bonuses during August and September 2024 without needing to meet the new PSV requirement. Starting October 1st, 2024, all IHWM must meet the new PSV requirements to qualify for bonuses.

Exception: 

  • RDP achieved in June will count in July & August as active RDP achieved in July after official announcement will be converted into PSV in August and September and counts as active (grandfather clause).

Review the New Plan: Visit your Backoffice for all the details and please acknowledge the new Compensation Plan. 

Access the Global Plan Now: You can access the global version of the Compensation Plan starting now. All country-specific adaptations and translations will be available as of July 2024 in your Backoffice.

Action Required: Please log in to your Member account in your Backoffice and review the new Compensation Plan. The Compensation Plan applies to all IHWM globally (excl. South Korea, India and Thailand). Ensure you review the new plan details and understand how it affects your bonuses. Bonuses will be calculated based on the new Compensation Plan from August 1st, 2024 onwards. No retroactive payouts will be made under the previous Compensation Plan beyond the transition period.
